Beef Stroganoff Casserole Mix

Directions:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown 1 lb ground sirloin or hamburger meat & set aside. Mix contents of package with 3 cups water & bring to a boil. Cook approximately 10 - 15 minutes until pasta is done stirring frequently. When pasta is done add browned hamburger meat & 8oz. sour cream. Mix well. Ingredients: Pasta (durum semolina, egg yolk, niacin, iron {ferrous sulphate}, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin & folic acid), beef base(Hydrolyzed corn gluten & soy protein, salt, dextrose, dry beef fat[beef fat, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono & diglycerides, TBHQ, citric acid for flavor protection], maltodextrin, caramel color, natural flavor[autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavors, salt, partially hydrogenated soybean & cottonseed oil], citric acid, spice disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, spice extractive.
